After more than 10 years as a Senior Manager at Accenture, an international consulting firm, she has been guiding small and medium-sized enterprises in South Tyrol, throughout Italy, and beyond its borders for over 20 years.
With a practical, scientifically grounded, and results-oriented approach, she tackles even complex challenges in a structured, authentic, and effortless manner. Her keen sense for people and organizations helps transform obstacles into opportunities for growth and achieve tangible results.

Thomas, as a trainer and business consultant, supports executives in boosting their performance. With his sensitive intuition, keen understanding of people, and international work experience from global corporations like FIAT or Volkswagen Group to small craft businesses — he guides leaders in taking the next step toward success.
Thanks to his many years of experience and work as a department head, leader, and member of management, he knows what it looks like in practice and is familiar with the challenges and responsibilities that come with leadership roles.
